What are your hours of trading?

Our hours of trading at our Elizabeth Vale shop are 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.  Outside of business hours, please email your enquiry to help@medimart.net.au or leave a message on 1300 633063 or 1300 MED+ME

How do I Place an order?

Orders can be made at our store at Elizabeth Vale, via our online shopping cart, by phone on 1300633063 or 1300 MED+ME or by mail. Contact Us so that we are able to make ordering as easy as possible for you.

How long until I get my order?

At medimart we aim for fast, efficient delivery of items.  Stock items ordered before 1pm are shipped the next working day, for non stock items, we will confirm delivery timeframes at the time of purchase.

My delivery hasn’t arrived, what should I do?

We track all our deliveries and will provide tracking details to you upon request.  Contact Us to enquire about your tracking number.

I need to return an item, what do I do?

Items can be returned to us within 14 days of the original purchase date.  Steps to return a product our detailed in our Returns Policy.

I am a Health Care Professional, how do I set up an account?

To set up an account, please register using our online registration form. Once all details have been confirmed by our Customer service, you will receive an email with your username. Login to set your password and start shopping.
